CHAPTER 2
Finding New Love
Chapter2: Welcome
The night was troubling for both of them.
Neither Kris nor Susie got much sleep. And when they did, they were haunted by dreams of each other, yearning for each other's love and intimacy. In most of them, they were frustrated, either because the other didn't want them, or events intruded to keep them apart. Once or twice, they managed to be alone with their lover, and the dreams became too intimate, waking them up with their passions raging. And then they would lay there, stewing in their desires and trying in vain to ignore them, tossing and turning as sleep eluded them.
Kris woke up to his belly and sheets slickened with issue. He groaned as he looked to his bedside alarm clock; still an hour away from the time to get up and see to his daily routine. He had no idea how much he had slept, but it was very little. He had to do something to put this matter to rest, and as he lay there, he got a devilish idea. He had a feeling that Susie hadn't locked her door. He crept up and checked it, and sure enough it was unsecure. He peeked inside, and saw that she was asleep. He felt a twinge of jealousy and regret that she wasn't as tortured as he was, but then, this was the opportunity he wanted...
Susie awoke with a start, clutching her other pillow to her belly as she climaxed from a particularly erotic dream about Kris. She grunted as she curled up around it and dampened it, heaving into it, and wished with all her heart that she was wrapped up in her brother instead. She groaned as she rolled over to look at the time; still half an hour before the alarm was set to go off. It felt as if she'd only slept an hour, if that. This was going to be an awful day, when she had looked forward to it so much...
And she lay there. Staring at the ceiling as the impending dawn cast a glow through her shuttered windows. Clutching her pillow to her belly, and feeling hollow that it wasn't him. Letting romantic notions tease her tender young heart, inspired by the very brief sweet dreams she'd had of him. Kris. The one person in the world she couldn't have such feelings for. What would she do? What could she do?
Rather than waste time like this, and let her desires make her feel miserable, she knew she should get up and do something to distract herself. But that meant bathing... oh well, what else was there to do? And she was already undressed...
Their parents had combination tubs installed, as the kids preferred showers, and they were convenient. But after a night like that, maybe a good soak was in order, and she had extra time. So she drew a warm bath, sudsed with her favorite herbal bath lotion, and lay in it to enjoy the warm waters engulfing her body. She rested her head on the back of the tub, using a towel for a pillow, and sighed. What would she do... what could she do? Those same questions nagged her. She couldn't be his lover, she just couldn't. Even running away with him, assuming he would be crazy enough to want to, their identities would follow them, along with the scandal of incest.
There was no way this could work. She would have to drop it. The thought made her want to cry. She did cry.
It was stupid to carry on like this, to let her emotions run roughshod over her heart like this, drive herself crazy like this. She had felt little urges like this for years, and things had been fine. Life had been good, for the most part. She could be his sister, like always, and she could love him like that, like she always had. She could, she really could. She could, because she had to. She really could. She could touch herself too, and slid her fingers along her tenderness, and moaned as she gave in to those forbidden desires. If she was going to suffer for them, at least she could enjoy them, if only for a few minutes.
She stifled a little cry as her orgasm ran through her body, splashing as she writhed in the soapy waters, and she thrust her belly against her hand as she groaned out Kris' name longingly, then fell back against the wall of the tub, panting, as a warm ticklish glow seeped all through her belly. As she lay there, recovering, savoring the afterglow, she dreamed of him coming to the side of the tub, creeping up on her, and taking her lips in a warm, spicy, deep kiss, as his tongue slid into her mouth... and then she felt it. The taste, of his breath, of his saliva, of his flesh in her mouth as she sucked on it hard--
She splashed water out of the tub as she jerked awake, thrashing about as she tried to come to her senses, to see what the heck was going on. Then she fell back against the rear of the tub with a groan. "Crap, just another dream..." she muttered forlornly. "Why can't he want me, like I want him? Why...?" She shrugged, knowing the answer, or an answer. He was more sensible, more responsible. He was the priest, caretaker of thousands of people in Sanctuary, not just the Church here, and not just her. She had to be realistic. Anything else was irrational, and could lead to madness if she let it. And that wouldn't be good for anyone.
Chapter2: About
Her alarm went off, playing some soft Christian rock music from the neighboring Human city Riverport, a ways down the road. It reminded her of how little sleep she had and made her feel a bit more depressed, but it couldn't be helped. She doused her head in the water and poured out a good handful of herbal shampoo, and it warmed her heart knowing that Kris liked it. And as she rubbed the soapy fluid into her hair, working it into a fragrant lather, she thought that it could be worse. Kris could be gone too, and then her life really would be miserable. She needed him there for her, in her life in some way. If all she could have with him is a sibling's life, that would be enough. It would have to. And it had been enough for years, so... surely she could get used to it. Again.
She thought about lazing in the tub for a while, since she had awakened early, but had a feeling she would just drift off again, and she couldn't count on another lurid dream to wake her up in time for the morning assembly. She showered herself off, got out, let the water drain, and toweled herself down. She thought sadly of how sweet it would be for Kris to be doing it, with such gentle, loving touches.
Chapter2: About
She wrapped herself in the towel, tucked the corner in to secure it, and picked up her hair dryer, wondering if she should look into some hairstyles - and yes, she was doing it again, but her entire morning had been taken up with romantic thoughts of her brother, so why not a few more? She aimed the barrel of the dryer at the side of her face, and turned it on high--
And white powder gushed out of it, plastering half her face and hair. She nearly dropped it, looking at it in shock, and then at her reflection in the mirror. Flour. Her blood began to boil, her Rezinos temper flared, and she smashed the dryer on the counter in outrage. She growled savagely, "Krrris!"
She stormed down the stairs, barely mindful of the towel that wouldn't stay put, clasping it to her bosom as she tromped furiously to his room. She threw the door open to find him sound asleep, his radio playing softly beside him. He never did get right up, the lazy ass. And how dare he be sleeping so soundly when her life had become a total wreck! He jumped as she cried his name in anger. "Kris! Very funny! Putting flour in my dryer! You're lucky I'm up early or I'd be late for assembly! Why you...!" He flinched back as she leaned down and swung her head furiously, flogging him in the face with her powder-gooped hair, half of it turned to dough with its moisture. She fumbled with her towel as it became awkward. If she had been in a better mood, she would have let it drop to show him what he could be having, but not now. She growled at him ferally and stormed off, unaware that her backside was completely uncovered until it was too late. She slammed his door shut rather than let him have another second of the pleasure, and stomped her way back to her room. She would have to shampoo quickly all over again, and without a hair dryer.
He sat up, licking the herbal scented powder-paste from his lips, and quivered. That body... oh, Lord, that beautiful, succulent body of hers! He knew that the lurid sight would be stuck in his mind all day. At least that day, if not forever...
She took a quick shower and doused her hair with shampoo, and when she was sure the nasty stuff had washed out, she rubbed her head good with the towel and tried to brush her mop of thick hair out without hurting herself too much. She wasn't doing it for him, wasn't going to look pretty for him. That stupid, thoughtless, adorable ass! She damn well wasn't...
Later, he was making breakfast for himself rather somberly. He hadn't expected her reaction to be so... atomic. She looked downright pissed at him. In a way, that was a good thing, as he was afraid that feelings between them were getting out of hand. Maybe he was misreading things as badly as he accused Chara of doing--
Whatever, Doctor Kris
--But as he replayed that scene between them last night in his mind, it sure seemed that Susie was as caught up in romantic passions as he was. And she had left her door unlocked. Maybe she simply forgot, but along with everything else, it seemed that she had done it as an invitation. And damn, he feared he might check it again tonight, and give in. And he couldn't, he just couldn't. It was as wrong as it gets, for siblings to become sexually involved. He would be taking advantage of her, or he would feel that way. If word of such a thing ever got out, it would certainly be taken that way, and if he didn't end up in their jail for it, he would at least be run out of town and banished forever from Sanctuary. This town was the only home he had ever known. And then there was the matter of saving Asriel. Only God knew how that would be set back, if not ruined entirely. No, he had to nip this naughty little infatuation in the bud--
He jumped as something crashed beside him, and the bowl of scrambled eggs he was stirring splashed all over the place, including his clothes, making a yolky mess. The jumble of broken metal and plastic which lay on the counter resolved itself into a smashed hair dryer. Susie stood in the doorway with a smirk on her face. "Don't make a mess," she quipped sarcastically. And didn't she look absolutely ravishing in her sister's habit...
He looked down quickly, trying to think of some way to quell his romantic inclinations, but how do you stop thinking something you want to? He mumbled to her, "Sorry... guess it wasn't funny."
"You guess," she snorted, then gazed at him sadly. He was apologizing for a prank, and that was rare for either of them. She stood there silently for a moment, wishing she could say something to make everything all right, but knew that time was the only answer for that. "I'm sorry too... see you later," she murmured, and unhuriedly departed.
He sighed, grabbing some paper towels. This was going to be a long day, an exhausting day, for many reasons.

Chapter2: About
Susie was glad that her duties were all physical. Otherwise, she was sure that at some point she would collapse.
Everyone noticed as she helped out with breakfast preparations, particularly her most faithful companion, Lancer. "You musta had a lotta fun last night!" he said to her enthusiastically. "Did you two sleep at all?"
Her bleary eyes popped open at that. Of all the questions! "Well! Some. I mean... it was really different having Kris at home all night, instead of gone all night. So... yeah. It was... fun." She looked to the foods she was preparing rather guiltily.
He wasn't quite sure what to think of that. "You make it sound like it wasn't all fun. Did you two fight?"
"No!" she blurted out, then looked down, muttering sourly, "He just... he put flour in my hair dryer this morning. I got so mad, I broke it."
"No way!" He bore an evil grin on his face. "This calls for a spectacular prank! We need to get him back even worse for that. I've been thinking--"
"No!" she cried, then lowered her voice when everyone looked at her. "I mean... yeah, I wanna get 'im back and all, but he apologized for it. Let's not escalate things. I don't wanna start a prank war when he's starting to be so nice again."
He scowled at her. "What are you saying? Escalating things is what makes it fun! And he'll be expecting it."
"Lancer, come on. Let's go kind of easy on him this time," she pleaded, then got a mischievous look on her face. "Unless you want me to join with Kris pranking you."
His eyes popped open visibly, something which only happened when he really got excited. "Susie, no! We're allies against the evil Kris! Don't end this game so soon! Besides, you're as evil as I am!"
She began to grin wickedly, baring her intimidating fangs. "Then make sure not to earn my wrath, little man!" She smirked at his reaction, then went back to slicing tomatoes. "Besides, wha'dya mean soon? This game has been goin' on for years!"
He recovered from the fearesome sight of those dragon-like jaws. "A game this fun should never end."
She bumped him with her leg. "Don't worry, it's gonna last a while. But let's ease up on the evil Kris talk, okay? He's my only brother, and... I really need him." God in Heaven, how she needed him...
He looked up to her dubiously, his tongue hanging out. "Well... all right, seeing as you are my only true ally in this battle of wills. And... Kris is more or less related to you."
"More or less?" she chuckled, giving his pointed cap a rub. But, yeah, that was the problem... more than less...
* * * * * * * *
Kris had taken a couple of naps that morning, and he still wasn't feeling chipper. Even lunch failed to perk him up all that much. He ate with Susie as always, but today, everything felt restrained and awkward between them. He had wondered in those occasional moments when his mind was working right, whether he had misread things between them, and she was offended from his behavior last night. But sitting at the table, he could feel it in his SOUL that Chara was right. There was a pull on every fiber of his being between them, and half of it was his own attractions to her. The look in her eyes, the gleam within the lovely golden orbs as they peeked at him from under her mess of pretty purple-brown hair. The furtive smile on her lips that appeared when their eyes met, though his were still very well hidden under his own overgrown bangs. Somehow, she knew when he was looking at her, just as he knew when she was gazing at him.
They were in love, or falling in love, and he couldn't let that happen.
He thought that he probably wasn't head over heels in love with her, and it still tore at his heart to think about scuttling any chance at love with his sister. But that was the problem: she was his sister. It couldn't happen, even if he wanted it to. He was responsible for thousands of SOULs, both in the Church and in their town, along with those scattered in the area around Sanctuary. Not everyone respected him, but they all counted on him being there. Depended on his spiritual authority to lead them and protect them in their times of trouble. And his parents, who had chosen him to be their son... how could he let them down? And Susie herself; how could he allow his carnal needs ruin her life, and her chance to find the man she was meant to be with for eternity? If he gave in to his urges, it would be despicable, and they would both regret it.
He had asked God about it, how come all this had happened? After Susie's parents being killed, and Asriel's Satanic abduction... why this unfortunate burden? His answer seemed to be:
I gave you both big, loving hearts... what you do with them is up to you
And that wasn't a lot of help. Temptation like this, when they were in the prime of their lives and their urges were boundless? And living alone in the same house? That was definitely a problem. He didn't want her to move away, but if they couldn't come to grips with this issue, she might have to. There was already some gossip about it, and had been for some time, and it did have the appearance of impropriety. Damn this complicated life...
Chapter2: About
She was looking at him again as she nibbled, and he decided to face the issue. "Susie, listen... last night, when I fell on you, I didn't mean... anything..." His voice trailed off, as it wasn't as easy as he thought it would be. But then, what was easy about this?
"I know," she murmured, giving him a furtive smile, though in her heart she withered like a dying flower. At first, she thought she had read him wrong somehow, and he didn't have feelings for her after all. But then she realized, he was being the proper gentleman and brother. She could sense it last night, as their hearts and SOULs danced around each other like moths around the candleflame of romance. Today, when they were near, their bodies growing warm, their eyes lingering on each other. They did want each other, they did need each other. Even if it wasn't fair of Fate or God to put their SOULs in the bodies of siblings, even if that kind of love was forbidden, and even if he denied his feelings for her, she still loved him. She would have to keep from expressing those passions, but she couldn't deny them. She also realized that a lengthy silence had fallen between them, and she needed to talk, to hear his voice, to distract herself from thinking miserable thoughts. "And hey, about your prank... I'm sorry I popped off at you like that, 'n almost ruined your breakfast. That was kinda funny, really. The prank, I mean. Not the... mess." She felt foolish and looked to her plate, and for once in her life, she wasn't all that hungry.
"No... that was mean," he said to her. "Pranks are stupid anyway."
She shrugged to him, admitting, "I kinda like 'em. They're fun, usually. And it's something that makes things between us interesting."
He poked at his plate, recalling how furious she looked, and tried not to think of that sexy view of her backside as she turned to go. "Until you get mad."
"I won't get mad like that again." She offered him another smile, and the pretty, youthful, innocent sincerity warmed his bosom. "Promise."
He mulled everything over, and in truth, she was right. Their contests had gone on so long, it was such a part of their lives, he would hate to give all that up. "Okay. Just prepare yourself." He took another bite, chewed and swallowed it as he gazed at her. "You asked for it."
"Okay now, Kris," she smirked at him, "you know I can dish it right back at you."
"I know," he grinned, and felt better. This at least would bring some semblance of normalcy back to their lives.
On the other hand, Susie wasn't so sure. She needed a confidant, someone she could turn to for comfort and support. She might have to pay them a visit today or tomorrow, and today she could use some more stimulation to keep her awake till bedtime. Along with something else...
She got permission from Sister Bertrille, her superior, to go to the gym in town that afternoon as she needed a good workout to keep herself juiced up and awake a few more hours till the evening. She felt a little strange, going in her sisterly garb, her "habit" as they called it, but she was still officially on Church time till after supper. She went to the girl's locker room and slipped out of her Church clothes and into her tight fitting shorts and a sports bra, enjoying the snug fit against her body. She wished that Kris could be there to watch her work out on weights, as he did on occasion, as she knew he would admire her figure. She blushed a bit at the memory of her fumbling with the towel in his room, and how poorly it had concealed her body. And of course, she hadn't done that on purpose, not even! Not consciously...
She went to a weight machine and set it up with about a hundred pounds to start, sat down at it and began to work her arms. Her people, the Rezinos, were a strong muscular race, and she was endowed with all the genetic blessings of her parents. Working with heavy weights would bring out all the details in her muscles, and she was quite proud of her chiseled features. But as she worked out, she could sense eyes on her. She hoped it wasn't someone about to flirt with her, as she wasn't in the mood for that nonsense, then noticed a handsome young man jogging on the track around the circumference of the gym, with a mop of thick hair--
No way... Kris?
He had come there at about the same time - of all the coincidences! She sat up a bit straighter, because of course, good posture was important when lifting weights. And, it just so happened to emphasize her ample breasts...
He had nearly choked when he saw her come in with her skin tight workout clothes and a towel on her shoulder, with that stump of a tail protruding from her rump. There was no mistaking her, and as he jogged in his orbit around the center of the workout area, he wondered how long it would take her to realize that they were there together. Not long at all, as he noticed her eyes tracking him as he jogged his way in view of her. Much as he did watching her. Since she had blossomed as a cute teen, she had developed a sweet, svelt body. But as she became a young woman, her form had filled out in amazing beauty. Until today, he had admired her and kept any sensual notions in check, whether from himself or Chara. But that was then. It was hard not to let his eyes linger on her as he circled her, able to watch her from all angles, and through the frame of the weight machine from behind. Her tight fitting shorts and bra didn't conceal those ravishing curves at all.
Then he noticed a machine was open right across from her. As he began to run another lap, he decided that working his muscles as well as his lungs would be a good idea, and sauntered over. And she watched every step closely.
Her breathing quickened as he approached, trying to keep a nonchalant look on her face, but her gaze was on him intently as he walked up, panting from his run. While she was strong and muscular, his body was lean and lanky, but still with plenty of meat on his bones that was sweet to hold in her arms. And he could do a credible job lifting weights. He came alongside her, and said simply, "Hey."
"Fancy.. meeting you here," she said between lifts. "Gonna do some weights?"
"Yeah, thought I would," he said with a thin smile, going to the machine, and set up his seat for best posture for some bench presses. Like most people, he could move more iron with his legs, and wanted to look remotely impressive in her eyes.
No way... Kris?

Chapter2: About
"Don't hurt yerself," she joked, getting up to double her weight. Then sitting back down, she began to really work her muscles, her chest heaving with each lift. And then it occurred to her that she would be looking right down his body, between his legs at his crotch... oh, Lord...
He was having the same problem, as her legs were spread, and her breasts were heaving. He began to see that this was a really brain dead idea, but Chara wouldn't let him live it down.
Go on, show her up! Show her what you got in that groin of yours! Don't chicken out now!
"Shhove it," he muttered as he thrust his legs forward, the machine and his body both quaking from the force of his push. And again, and again, in a rhythm with Susie's lifts. And, damn it, if this didn't become some sort of sexual expression from him. He shoved harder...
She was beginning to perspire, and not just from the workout, her eyes glued to that slim but strong young body across from her, and what rested between his legs. She lifted, her chest heaving, and dropped down, her breasts bouncing, in between Kris' thrusts, her legs seizing the seat between them as if welcoming it into her body... welcoming him...
Chapter2: About
He was becoming caught up in this blatantly carnal expression of their desires for each other. And as he ogled her body luridly, he could feel his loins begin to tighten, and as embarrassing as it was, he began to have an erection. He couldn't stop, and couldn't hold back from savoring this, every flex of her arms and legs, and moreso, every pulse of effort through her torso, and her breasts.
She was captivated with his loins, able to see every quiver of his testicles, and then began to salivate as his stem began to swell, to lengthen in his shorts, to harden. She began panting heavily now, lifting hard between each push of the boy's slender legs across from her, as if they were laying together.
He began to realize how ridiculous this was, and how embarrassing this would be if someone happened to be paying attention and noticed two siblings ogling, panting and drooling at each other - one, the local priest, no less! And then he heard a little gasp, and peeked over his shoulder to see Noelle Holiday gaping at them and blushing. Good grief, and with his erection... didn't Susie see her? Evidently not, as she seemed focused on him.
He stopped abruptly, getting out of the weight machine to stand on shaky legs beside his sister, who gazed up at him with a mixed up expression. He didn't want to stop either, but this was too public. Fortunately, Noelle had trotted off. He clasped his hands in front of his crotch, as even the little streams of perspiration running down her body were stimulating, and he couldn't calm down. "I just remembered, gotta go to the store," he told her, and began to head for the men's locker room and showers.
"Well... can I come with?" she asked, and grimaced as it came out a bit too plaintively.
"No, keep working out," he said, giving her a thin smile. "I don't need a puppy following everywhere."
He realized that sounded a bit harsh as she looked down, snapping, "Yeah, right... see ya." Then she began working her arms again, hard, hoping he regretted abandoning such a lovely sight.
He did, but maybe leaving her in a sour mood would put a chill any feelings between them for a while - along with a cold shower, though he hated those.
She fumed to herself as she watched him go, then sat there, letting the weights sit idle as she felt sorry for herself. Was she too clingy, too pushy to spend time with him? No, she wasn't with him that much through the day. He must be trying to put some distance between them to quell those feelings of romance. Although when she wasn't with him, she wanted to be... oh, why was this so hard! But then, how could this situation be easy?
She didn't want to do this anymore either, and went to the showers herself. As she lightly soaped her body, she could practically feel where Kris was on the other side of the wall, in his own stall, or had been. He tended to rinse down quickly, while she enjoyed a good soak, perhaps because of her slightly tougher reptilian skin. She rested her hand on the wall in the direction her heart told her he was, and wished no one was there. That they were home instead, so she wouldn't have to work up the nerve to bust in on him. But no, she would still have to work up the nerve to barge in and seduce him, and he would most likely resist. Then she would run off in tears, as she was much too shy and inexperienced with romance to really know what to do, how to behave, to lure his heart into joining with hers. Even last night, when he leaned over her, when he stood right there, fondling her face, all she could do was stare up at him as if afraid of him. She would love to take charge and force the issue on him of her desires, but she lacked the nerve. She lacked the understanding to know just what to do with herself. She was utterly lost. But she knew someone who wasn't--
Chapter2: About
"Susie?"
She froze for an instant, as if her thoughts had been broadcast all over the place for everyone to perceive. Who the heck would be...?
But then she recognized the voice beyond the curtain; Noelle. Oh good Lord... she was there now? The girl seemed to be infatuated with her when she encountered the shy little Rezinos in school, and as they grew older, it seemed that her feelings were becoming a little more than friendly, which puzzled Susie until she learned about homosexuality. Was she still...?
"Do you... need any help?" the girl asked timidly.
She sighed, not really in the mood for this kind of situation right now, but she wanted to be polite. "No, I'm good - thanks anyway," she added quickly, not wanting to sound as rude as Kris.
"Oh. Okay," she murmured, and the tense silence gradually eased.
She leaned against the wall with a melancholy chuckle. She wanted him, and Noelle wanted her, and... what a mess. She thought she should perhaps hook up with the girl sometime and have an understanding, so that these sort of awkward situations wouldn't come up again. She was wasting time though, and turned off the shower to towel down.
Chapter2: About
A short time later, she stood in front of the Guard Station. It had been some time since they had last talked. Undyne had started coming over a few years ago to spend time with her father, as he desperately needed her company to get over the pain of losing Asriel, and she barely said a word to the young girl. But she had been a big help in boosting her confidence as she grew up and seemed to always have the right words to say, almost like a long lost sister. Hopefully the woman would be as welcoming as she had back then when she was just a kid. But if she kept standing there, nothing would happen, so...
She went in and to her surprise, found Sans asleep at the front desk, his legs crossed and propped up on it. She cleared her throat, and he lazily opened an eye to her. "Oh, hey... sis," he muttered, rubbing his eye sockets. "Ter... sister. What's up? Oh, gym's down the road."
She didn't understand for a moment, then realized she was holding her gym bag. "Oh! Uh, just went there. Is... Undyne in?" She saw that her office door was closed, and someone inside through the translucent glass, and her heart withered. She would be in a meeting.
Sans noticed her disappointment, and waved his hand dismissively. "Eh, it's just Papyrus, prob'ly talkin' about cooking again. I'll go shoo 'im off for ya." He got up and opened the door, and a vigorous discussion poured out.
"--Ya gotta pound it to a paste!" she insisted. "To force out all the juices."
"But if you gently grind the tomatoes, leaving some pulp," Papyrus countered, "some of them linger, and when it simmers, such interesting flavors pop out."
"You subtle flavor guys," she retorted. "I want gusto - what!"
She looked to Sans as he whistled, holding up his hands in a T shape, having tried all the while to get her attention. "Time out. Dyne, you got a visitor."
"I do?" She peered around Papyrus curiously, her eye opening wider. "Susie! Hey, come on in. Paps, why don't you go patrol the mall? Take chuckles with you. And don't spend all day in the game stores!"
"I don't spend all day," he replied a bit huffily. "Just... hours." Susie giggled as she stood back to allow them to leave. She wished she had time to visit more often, as their banter was usually very funny. The taller skeleton bowed to her as he emerged. "Sister Susan! How nice to see you again. You're looking very... devout today. And lovely as ever."
As she blushed and murmured her thanks, Sans quipped, "You think all girls are pretty."
He gave his brother a perplexed look. "Well, they are! Why do you think they're called the fairer sex? It isn't because they play fair!"
"Damn right we don't," Susie grinned, giving the surprised Papyrus a thumbs up. She added sheepishly, "Well... damn is in the Bible, after all..."
"Damn straight," Sans remarked dryly, patting his brother on the back. "C'mon, let's give the ladies some alone time."
Chapter2: About
As Papyrus left with Sans, chiding him for his damn language, Susie entered Undyne's office with a grin. "Sue! Siddown! So what's the occasion? Or did you miss Auntie Undyne?"
"I did," she had to admit as she missed the warrior woman, and it had been some time since she'd spent any time at all with her. She was an impressive figure, all well toned and butch, with bright red hair, gold tinted eyes and fangs like hers, and dressed in a blue-gray uniform with kevlar armor protecting her torso, arms and legs. In a previous era she would have worn platemail, but this was the age of guns and energy weapons. Her desk was as impressive as she was; large, ornate, and in polished rich red wood. "But, I kinda... wanted to talk..."
"Well then, let's talk!" She noticed the expression and a hint of a flush on Susie's features. "Is it boy troubles?"
She gaped at the woman in amazement. Wow, was she perceptive. "Uhm... yeah." And then she sat there, finding it difficult to continue. She grew irritated with herself - after all, she went there to talk.
Chapter2: About
"So... what kinda troubles? And who is it?" Undyne asked. When Susie procrastinated, making a series of embarrased sounds, Undyne pressed her. "Whoo is it? Come on, Sue! Don't dangle that out there. I'll wrestle it out of you."
She gaped at the woman in shock. "You're kidding!"
"Maybe," she offered dryly, edging forward. "Maybe not. Now who? Is it?"
The young girl found herself tongue-tied before the determined Salmian woman. She had forgotten how direct and forceful Undyne could be, how intimidating, and began to feel that maybe this could have been better handled over email. "Well... it's someone special..." she murmured sheepishly.
Undyne cast her eyes to the ceiling in exasperation. "I swear you're as bad as Alphys - listen! Who was it that taught you how to stand up to bullies picking on you in school? And who was it that taught you how to face up to pushy guys? And who was it who told you to deal with your problems head on, 'cause not dealing with 'em was even worse?"
"Well... you did," she admitted quietly.
"Okay, so you came to talk, let's talk! 'Cause the clock's tickin' and I got a city to run." She added with a grin, "And I haven't had a good wrestle in a while."
Susie gaped at her in wonder, not sure whether she was being serious or not, but she wasn't about to test the volatile woman. "Okay! Okay, it's, uhmm..." She hemmed and hawed, and when it looked like Undyne might get up, she squeaked out, "Kris."
"What - your brother? What kinda boy troubles...?" she began, then cried out a single loud syllable, her eyes bulging and her mouth wide open in a sharky smile. Then she dropped her head in her hand propped up on her elbow, facing away, a weird look on her face. "Ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod..." she muttered.
This was the last reaction she expected, but didn't know what to make of it. Was she disappointed? Was she embarrassed? Was she ashamed? Susie was all those things, was crushed under a mountain of humiliation besides, and got up to run out, mumbling, red faced, "N-never mind--"
"Siddown," she ordered sharply.
Susie plopped back in the chair as if Undyne had shoved her physically. She could never deny her orders. But... now what? She sat there for some time, lost in silent thought, her eyes flickering occasionally. "So..." she said at last, turning to face the girl. "You're sweet on your brother?" Susie nodded, looking down. "Does he feel the same way?"
Susie heaved a sigh, feeling torn inside, as it wasn't quite the same with him as far as she could tell. But she fudged a bit, breathing out, "Yyyeaahh..."
"D'you wanna...?" She slid her index fingers across each other meaningfully. "Humma humma?"
She shrugged a bit, then nodded. "Humma humma humma."
"Well." She sat back, lacing her hands behind her head, an unfathomable little smile on her lips. "This... is complicated. We all wondered if this might happen. You're both really cute kids."
She smirked, muttering, "With a face like an eggplant?"
Undyne gaped at her. "Girl, are you too dumb to look in a mirror? You are hot! So, you got a big nose." She pointed to her face. "I got no nose! Try making nothing look cute! But ya know what? I got enough sense to know that it's the whole enchilada that counts. I know I'm pretty. I have no doubt Kris thinks you're pretty. D'you need another self-esteem course from yours truly?"
This caught her off guard, and she sat, blinking, as her little speech sunk in. Undyne was very pretty, wouldn't she know beauty? "I guess... I just need to be a little less critical."
Undyne smirked at her. "Yeah, I'd work on that. So how long has this gone on?"
She made a bewildered face. "I guess it came to a head last night."
The woman coughed in surprise. "You're upset over one freaking day?"
"No! No... it's been goin' on for a few years now... at least inside me." She shrugged, murmuring, "I... always thought he was the cutest guy on the planet, and we got really close. I guess... I just got too close."
Undyne wasn't sure what to make of that, and asked cautiously, "Well... did anything happen?"
"Oh, no," she replied, shaking her head, though she added softly, "But I wish it had..."
She heaved a sigh at that, torn with sympathy for her adoptive niece. "Girl, you shouldn't talk like that. Think like that. It can't happen... you can't let it."
Chapter2: About
Susie felt anguish burn in her bosom from her words, knowing it was true, but rebelling inside. It was so unfair, not being able to give her heart to the guy she adored, or her body. "I know, Undyne... I know you're right, but... it's so hard..."
"I know, hon," she sighed, wondering what she would think of this. "Listen, you still wanna get married, right? You wanna go out tonight... troll for cute guys?"
She gave her a melancholy chuckle. "Aren't you gay? And still with Alphys?"
The woman shrugged back with a smirk. "Girl, that doesn't stop 'em. I get hit on daily. But I'd let Alph know about it. I'd be the bait, and you be the hook."
She giggled softly at the thought of being out on the town, clubbing with one of the hottest women in California. "I appreciate it, but... I don't want any old guy. I just want... him..." She could feel moisture welling up in her eyes, blurring her vision, and while it was embarrassing, she couldn't stop the tears. They flowed down her cheek, down her long snout, and began dripping in her lap.
Undyne couldn't bear to see the girl cry, and came around the desk to gather her in her arms, hugging her gently. And while she wasn't the best at soothing words, she gave it her best shot. "Hey... come on now, it's gonna be all right. You'll see. Go ahead 'n cry for a bit. I'll hold ya. Just forgive the body armor."
She grabbed the Salmian woman to her tight, and let her heart pour out its anguish onto her shoulder as she stroked the girl's thick hair softly in comfort.
She couldn't remember much of the rest of the chat. Some soothing words, some common sense, and some sympathy. But the Guard was on the clock and they couldn't spend all day together, so finally she wrapped their conversation up.
"You gonna be alright?" Undyne asked as Susie made to go.
"Yeah... I'll be okay," she nodded. "Thanks for the talk. It was really helpful." And it was true, she felt much better. Nothing had been resolved, no solutions found, but just being able to talk to an old friend was such a relief, and helped so much with her mood.
The warrior held up her cellphone, waggling it. "You got my number and email. You have any problems, any time, let me know, okay?"
"I will," the girl replied, giving her one last hug, as it had been too long since they had spent any time together. But she had to get going; the evening was coming, and she still had a couple of stops to make. One, a replacement hair dryer, and then some goodies for dessert.
She went to the local department store and admired the range of bathroom niceties there, including a large number of hair dryers. She admired the Prolines, as they were some of the best, but the one she wanted was over a hundred dollars. The Ikonik had most of the same features and was a much more wallet-friendly $40. Plus, it was burgundy, her favorite color. Then for dessert, she went to a foodstore on the way home and picked up some Nice Cream, including some vanilla bean that was delicious a la mode, along with some pastries just because.
Returning to the Church grounds, all in all, she felt pretty good, though as she drew close to their home, she felt increasingly mixed up. What would it be like tonight, with him there? Would he feel the need to play a prank on her or say something crass and irritating to keep her emotionally at arms length? She hoped he wouldn't be that stupid.
And then she saw him coming out the front door, and she stopped for a moment, her breath catching in her throat. Even in his frumpy pullover and bland slacks, he was such a beautiful young man. And she was doing it again, the very thing Undyne had warned her about, mooning over her brother. She drove herself to go on, giving him a jovial smile as she came up. "So, what's with the greeting?"
He was holding something behind his back, making her curious. "I want to give you something." He pulled it out, showing it to her. And she dropped her goods in astonishment. It was the Proline hair dryer she had been admiring, the one that cost a hundred plus.
She grabbed it, holding it in quivering hands, and gasped for breath, a smile beaming from her face. "Ohh, Kris..." she breathed out excitedly, "you... shouldn'ta bought this! It's way too expensive. I got one, a really good one. Let's take this back." And even as she said it, and kind of meant it, she wanted to run inside and open it like an early birthday present.
"Your birthday is coming up. And look." he said to her, making her blink from the coincidence. Like a store clerk hawking it to a reluctant customer, he ran his fingers along the phrase, Monster resistant build quality.
She could hardly believe it and burst out laughing. "Oh, you crazy..." She couldn't finish, grabbing him up in a tight hug. The box slipped from her fingers and toppled to the sidewalk.
"Don't break it before you even open it," he joked.
"Hush, you," she murmured, burying her face in his hair, and clutched him to her tightly, breathing in his sweet, manly musk, and enjoyed the slender mass of his form against her length. "It's prob'ly sidewalk proof too. But... I'll never break this one. Promise."
He gave in to the moment, hugging her back just as fiercely, just as urgently. He savored the press of her breasts against him, dug his fingers into her back, as he breathed in her saurian aroma. It had never been sweeter. "I love you," he whispered.
A tear flowed into his hair as she whimpered, "I love you, too..."
He made one of her favorite meals, salmon in cream cheese and mustard sauce. She had one big fish all to herself, with sides of asparagus and O'Brien potatoes. She had trouble containing her emotions, as being able to spend this second night in a row with her brother, particularly with the way she felt towards him, was like Heaven. Mingled with Hell, because she couldn't love him the way she truly wanted to. Neither could he, and he had to watch his tongue to make sure he didn't talk too sweetly to her. This meant that he returned to his habit of not saying much, and this put a damper on the evening. Susie ached to have something of the flavor of last night, and said to him after he prayed over the meal, "Kris... come on, loosen up. You're supposed to be enjoying yourself away from your creepy library."
"I am," he said with a thin smile. "But, you know... only so much."
Only so much, or things could spiral out of control. Susie bristled inside at that. Even as she knew better, she wondered silently what would be so bad about things relaxing a little between them? A loving touch, an embrace, a kiss... so what? And she knew what, but even that made her question what would be so terrible about--?
Incest
The word popped into her mind unexpectedly, and as much as she wanted to ignore it, that was the issue, wasn't it? Was she ready to demolish her family's sterling reputation, and her own, ruin her brother's position of spiritual shepherd of the flock their family had tended to for generations? All because her desires were more important than anything? She had to admit that this was more than reckless, it was doing the Devil's work for him. But... didn't her feelings matter? At all?
Of course they do... you are My child
That still small voice was as clear as a bell in her heart. 'Father... is that you?' she wondered silently. It was exasperating, being stuck in a position where she cherished such dear, sweet, precious love for Kris, but coudn't express it to him, couldn't hold him in her arms the way she really wanted... couldn't give herself to him the way she wanted. Couldn't join lives with him the way she wanted. Couldn't He give her, give them, a way out of this horrible situation so they could love each other the way they wanted to?
You want to do something disruptive, in which only your wishes matter... and you want impossibly easy answers handed to you
After she got over the mild chastizement, she shrugged, murmuring, "Would that be so bad?"
Kris looked at her questioningly. "Hm?"
She waved her fork at him. "Just thinking out loud." Yeah, at God, no less. Unfortunately, He wasn't much for conversation.
She had mostly devoured the meal, even as she was beginning to lose her appetite. She insisted on finishing it, after all the work Kris spent to make it for her - for her - and she knew she might become famished in a few hours and want more food anyway. But after that, what then? More games? Talking? Could they have an open, frank discussion about their feelings so soon after the whole thing exploded all over them? She wished it could be, but didn't put much hope in that. "Kris... after supper, what would you like to do? Play some more games?" A funny thought struck her and she blurted out, "How about Twister!"
His fork clattered to his plate, and he shot her a look both amused and dismayed. "Seriously?"
The light in her eyes died and she waved him off, muttering, "Hey, I was just trying to make a joke, that's all." But then, the thought of the two of them sprawled across that dotted matt, their bodies intertwined, sounded absolutely succulent. She was very glad that when girls were aroused, they didn't show it much, save for a blush.
He looked at her and smirked. "Now you're blushing."
She coughed out, "So? Stop it! What I'm thinking... why do you care?"
He looked down with a sigh, murmuring, "Sorry... bad humor."
She gazed at him sadly. This whole thing had become a touchy mess, when it should have been one of the happiest days of their lives. As happy as they could be after Asriel disappeared on them, anyhow. "Kris... I'm sorry. I'm just... tense. Do you think we could both relax? Not be so uptight? I want to enjoy this time together. You're the best thing that ever happened to me. I love you."
He gazed at her with a look that melted her heart. Somehow, even with his eyes covered by that perpetual mop, she could sense the mixed up feelings clearly, but mostly, love. "I do too."
She grinned to him, unable to resist a jab. "You love yourself? How touching."
He smirked in return. "Occasionally. But ya know, I could take that hair dryer back."
Her eyes opened wide at the mere suggestion. "Hey, no! Besides, it's in my room. Too late now."
"I suppose," he murmured, smiling, and felt a bittersweet satisfaction. Things could be normal between them... this could work. It really could.
Susie insisted on doing the dishes afterwards. "Hey, you spent a big chunk of money on a freaking hair dryer, and made a yummy meal for me. Lemme do this. Go sit in the living room, relax, and think about some evening stuff for us. It's the least I can do."
How could he say no to that? "Okay," he replied, and went to rest on the living room sofa. But his heart was in the kitchen, with her. His sister, who he loved with all his SOUL. He couldn't blame this all on Chara. Something had awakened in him that he couldn't deny, and he couldn't really control. For years, he had worried that Chara might take him over and do something terrible, and this was a much greater danger, because temptation was so... sweet. it would be easy to give in and let nature take its course. He doubted either one of them had the resolve to say no. But they had to.
Chapter2: About
She slowed down a bit in her work when she felt his presence behind her in the kitchen doorway, standing there, watching her. Watching every move, every shift of her body. Both of them felt restless when apart from the other now, and were needy. She felt a blush spread on her cheeks as she thought of him ogling her, something he rarely did before. He had always been respectful of her. It was strange how everything had flipped in a day, and how his heart seemed to have years of pent up urges suddenly crying for release. "Hey... wanna talk about anything?"
She was afraid she had guessed wrong, that she was talking to an empty kitchen, but then felt warm inside when she heard a chair move on the floor, and creak as he sat in it. "Yeah, I do." He was silent for the longest time, and she began to feel uneasy over it. Was there going to be an awkward tension between them now? Why couldn't he deal with this better! She needed his strength to get through these confusing days. But finally, he asked her something off topic. "How did you like dinner?"
"Oh, it was delicious!" she gushed. "I guess it was some kind of occasion, wasn't it." She looked over her shoulder at him, the blush still in her cheeks as she thought of how truly handsome he was. The one Human in the area, and he belonged to her. "I love having you here at night."
He grinned shyly, looking down, and had a feeling how she wanted to show her appreciation. "I love being here too. It's... really nice. I almost forgot how nice it was, having a home to come home to at dinnertime. Someone to share it with. Midnight snacks were getting old."
"I can imagine," she chuckled. Then she heard the chair squeak and practically froze, everything moving in slow motion, including her breath, as she felt him come up behind her. Close. But... surely she was just imagining that he was about to touch her--
She dropped the pan she was washing with a splash and clatter, jumping in near alarm at the sensation of his hand on her shoulder. "Hey... come on. Ease up. Isn't this what you told me to do?" Her breath grew short and quick at the sense of his body behind her so close. So warm... so full of affection, and need. As was she. "Look... we have to get used to this. Being together, like this. I don't wanna have to... stand ten feet away from you all the time. I... like being close." He placed both hands on her shoulders, causing her to draw a deep, warm breath, and shivered as he caressed the muscles of her arms softly, let his hands slip down the smoothness of her skin. Just one touch, one light feel of her skin against his... that wasn't so bad, was it? "Touching you... like this. I don't want to... give this up. Just... relax. This is nice... isn't it?"
She was feeling a flush run all through her, a warmth that was only partly from herself. The warmth of his body and the love pouring from his SOUL seeped into her, as if she stood next to a bonfire. She wondered what she would do if he did something. But more importantly, she wondered what she would do if he didn't. She fumbled with a towel as she dried her hands, wanting them to be dry in case this didn't go as he planned. "Yeah..." she said in a husky voice, "this is... really nice..." She leaned back into him, gasping at the sensation of her backside against him, at how he responded by pressing himself forward into her. "I... I always did like... being close to you." She pushed her hips back, pressing her bottom into his loins, quivering as her sensitive tail brushed into his slacks, and then mashed into them. She could feel his member grow warm and firm, swelling in his shorts. Swelling into her.
Chapter2: About
He forced out a rough chuckle, slipping his arms around her waist. "You never really did play fair," he breathed out with a smile, and though he didn't mean to, he found himself pulling her into him firmly, caressing himself into her back, his fingers spread wide over her tummy. She drew a deep noisy breath and melted into him, her stomach fluttering. He felt giddy, hungry, and pressed his groin into her bottom, his stem swelling long and stiff into the crease of her cheeks, into her tail, making a tremor run all through her, and a tickle erupt deep in her womb. "You know... I have feelings. For you. It's... hard."
"It sure is," she murmured in a spicy husk, then cleared her throat. "I mean... I know, Kris. The past day..." She sighed, clasping her hands over his, and it was becoming difficult to keep from giving in to her need. She had to keep her eyes on the sink, focus on what she was saying, or she would probably surrender. "It was like... I took a piece of your heart. You were with me, all day. And I want you... there, with me, always. I want you..."
Chapter2: About
He nuzzled his way under her thick hair and kissed her neck, licked her flesh, chastizing himself even as he did it. He could feel her reaction as she leaned into him even more, heard her lungs gasping for breath. It would be so easy now to give in. She was compliant, he could see. He could do anything to her. It wouldn't be rape, because she would give herself to him willingly. She might even take him if he tried to back down, so strong was the pull of their essence on each other. Why didn't he give in? Go ahead and wrap himself around her? Take her upstairs, throw her on a bed, and... take her? This was terrible, it was torture. He had to stop, to say what he came there to say, and quit molesting her. But he couldn't. His antics would probably wreck anything he said, but he had to say it anyway. "I know, sweetheart. But we can't. Wee... have to... not do this. I want to have you... with me, like always. Like it always was with you. I don't want to lose this... I don't want to lose you. Because you mean everything to me."
He began nibbling her shoulder lightly, causing her to gasp, to shiver, to squirm her rump, her tail, against his groin. It hardened even more, and she felt liquid in her loins as his stem pulsed against her bottom. She reached back to grab his butt with one hand, his head with the other, her fingers playing through his hair as her breathing became labored. She was gratified to feel him jerk, to begin writhing against her, as some magic fragrance oozed from him that she could smell clearly. He wanted her, as badly as she wanted him. "Kris... this is no help. I'm just a young girl... God gave us all the emotions. You don't really expect me... to be the strong one... do you?" She arched her neck, caressed her cheek against his, moaning his name plaintively, her heart utterly lost to him now. She had failed the test, and she didn't care. And she was his for the taking. She slid his hand down low, to the gap between her legs, to the source of that vexing tickle, and moaned anxiously of her need as she mashed his fingers into her groin. "Kris... why... please... why don't we...?"
He was losing control, on the brink of giving in. He had to do something. It was almost painful, but he tore loose from her, dropped to the floor, panting, and growled in frustration. "Chara... damn you!" he spat out.
Hey, don't look at me! This was all you, tiger! Why stop? You know you both want each other! And she's ready!
"Fuck you!" he growled savagely.
Susie held herself up against the edge of the sink, her head spinning as she gasped for breath. What he had said... what was wrong? She was so confused. "Kris... what...?"
He stared at the floor, pushing himself up on his hands, panting from the effort and his raging passions. He had almost - Oh, my God! "Susie... please... if I do anything stupid... please, stop me..."
She had trouble in her bewildered state to make sense of all this. Why didn't he want this... want her? She reached down to help him up, saying, "Kris... don't you want--?" But he seemed alarmed by her attention, and how close she was, bolting away, and disappeared through the door. "Kris!" she cried, close to tears. What was wrong, what had she done!
He ran to his room, shut and locked the door, then leaned against it, gasping for breath. Perspiration trickled down his body from his sensual fit. His heart was pounding in his chest, so alarmed at what almost happened, how he had let his passions run away with him, and almost ruined everything. "What the... hell is wrong with me!"
Susie lingered outside his door, her heart wilting as she tried the knob but found it locked. She fought back her tears and her emotions as she mumbled, "Kris... what's wrong? Can I... come in?"
"No!" he exclaimed, then cringed at how harsh that sounded. "Susie... I'm all mixed up. I'm afraid I might... you know."
She had to take a few breaths to calm down, but she had regained much of her composure. "Kris, hon - Kris, it's all right. Really. Come out, and let's talk." She shivered as she realized that she was damp all over with perspiration. Particularly, her armpits, her groin, and annoyingly, her breasts were moist. She fanned herself in hopes of cooling down and drying off, afraid it would taint her clothes suggestively. But she needed him out there, with her, and whatever happened would be fine. If they resisted each other, or if they gave in to their passions, they would deal with it together. It would be all right.
He was practically dripping, his body slickened from his raging desires, and they refused to subside. "No, I'd better not. Just go do something. Go to bed. And lock your door. I... I..." He had to get control of himself or he might say something he shouldn't, might open that door to the girl he could feel just inches away from him. He had never needed anyone so badly in his life, and it physically hurt to deny it. "Susie, I'm not strong enough to... I just shouldn't. Go on, angel. I love you too much... to ruin your life like that."
She felt utterly crushed by those words, but she understood, painfully well. It was stupid, what both of them were feeling. It was dangerous. Things would go wrong, badly wrong. Their lives would be wrecked, their family's too. Everything would be ruined. The Church would be devastated. It could close for a very long time, perhaps forever, and the people would be leaderless. But it was hard to care. All she cared about right then was being able to love the man of her dreams. The Lord was right, she was selfish. She was too stupid to deal with any of this rationally. Tears began running down her face as she realized what an utter fool she was. Kris deserved someone better, though it killed her to think that. She managed to keep the sorrow from her voice, mostly. "Y-you're right, Kris. I'm being an idiot. We should just call it off tonight. Cool off, till we can be rational. I won't bother you anymore. If you wanna talk, though... you know... where my room is." She turned to go, but sobbed over her shoulder, "Gu'n-night... love you..."
The sound of her voice was painful to hear, and he choked back a sob of agony, the tears beginning to flow. This was horrible, what he had put them through. What made him think he could just brush her arm and give her a peck on the cheek, and nothing come of it? Especially with that demon inside him? He growled through his tears and slammed his fist into the wall in frustration and anger, at him, and someone else. "If you ruined this night... so help me, you'll pay for this!"
Are you talking to me? Better watch your mouth, meat puppet. Or I'll march you right up there and do to your pretty lover what I want to do!
His throat closed on itself at her warning - she wouldn't dare! But then it struck him that it was an idle threat. She would have done it already at the first sign of resistance. She would have seized control, and Susie would have lost her virginity to them. Them. The thought made him sick, that she would be there, slobbering in his mind, and partaking in it. But he felt a grim satisfaction at their predicament. He could tell that there were times she wanted to take him over, but she couldn't, or didn't dare try. His spirit was strong enough to prevent her having free reign of him. She couldn't truly possess him. And she was terrified of what he might do, what he would do, if she did take over and made him do something truly awful. They both remembered how he clung to the lightning rod in that storm the night Asriel was stolen from them by their damned devil father. He would send them both to Hell, without hesitation, and she had to respect his threat. He knew that she intended something, meant to use him for some nefarious deed, but she would bide her time until then. He had to hope that God would give him the means and strength to thwart her.
He realized with some relief that all the sexual tension was gone now, and he chuckled sarcastically, "Well... you're good for something after all. I appreciate the diversion." He trudged to the bathroom, stripping from his clothes, to a shower he wouldn't have to take cold.
What? You think one little argument with me is gonna set you free from the lust you have for your precious sis? Dream on, stud muffin! Both your fuses are lit. It's only a matter of time before one of you asplodes. And I won't have to do a thing.
She was right, he knew, and began to reconsider that cold shower. It wasn't lust alone that burned in his heart. He could feel the sorrow pouring from his sister's SOUL in her room above. She was undoubtedly crying her eyes out, and it pained him to think of the ordeal he had put her through. As he turned on the spigots, sheets of water raining down on him, he blubbered her name, her precious, beautiful name. He began sobbing her name, over and over, aching to go to her room and comfort her, even if he couldn't control himself. But he knew he couldn't, and curled up in the floor of the shower, beginning to really cry.
She threw herself naked on her bed, wrapping herself around the second pillow, and began bawling in agony. It was so unfair, the way life had put them together like this; a dopey, ugly girl and such a handsome, wonderful guy who loved her dearly in spite of all her flaws. And they couldn't love each other the way they wanted to. How could life be so cruel?
She could hear him crying downstairs, through the air vent in their bathroom, and it broke her heart all over again from how he was suffering. "God... please... it hurts so bad! Why! Why can't we love each other? Why...?"
Be patient... if you are immature, if you force things unwisely, nothing good will come of it
What was that supposed to mean? Did He have something good for them after all? Why did she have to wait for it? "Can I please... please have a teaser?
